In addition to maintaining the common areas and bathrooms of Chapter daily, our full time housekeeping staff, at no additional cost, also visit your room weekly for cleaning. They vacuum, take out the trash, and do light dusting.

Leases start on August 1st and run until May 31st of the following year. This is a big benefit of Chapter allowing residents to move in early before the school year starts, and move out late past the end of the semester.

Yes! At no additional cost. This is a huge benefit of Chapter, students can stay at the house and in their rooms during all breaks throughout the school year and the entire duration of the lease.

Chapter provides a bed, mattress, desk, chair, closet and wastebasket to all residents.
Chapter also offers a linen service where we provide you fresh linens every other week delivered right to your room. There is a small fee for this service.
Students can also rent pillows, blankets, sheets pillowcases and towels from Chapter.

All single rooms come with a queen sized bed and mattress.
All double rooms come with a Twin XL sized bed and mattress.

Exterior doors and resident bedrooms are secured with digital keypad locks, and each resident has their own unique access code. Security cameras monitor shared common areas, adding another layer of visibility throughout the home. Fire alarms and a sprinkler system are located in every resident’s room as well as in all common areas throughout the house.
